Join us, and bring your expertise, passion, creativity, and drive as we work together to realize this mission. ## **About the Role:** We are seeking an accomplished **Executive Director/Vice President Integrated Research & Evidence Solutions** to serve as a strategic scientific partner to biopharmaceutical sponsors throughout the design, development, and execution of Phase IV, hybrid retrospective/prospective, and observational research programs. This highly visible, client-facing role is ideal for an experienced epidemiologist, RWE scientist, or late-phase clinical research expert who combines deep scientific expertise with a passion for partnering with sponsors to generate meaningful evidence that informs clinical practice, regulatory strategy, and commercial decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate directly with sponsors to understand their evidence-generation objectives, develop scientifically robust study designs, and translate complex research needs into tailored solutions. As a trusted advisor throughout the business development lifecycle, you will support commercial discussions, contribute to proposal development and study strategy, present scientific capabilities, and partner closely with clinical operations and cross-functional teams to spearhead and coordinate successful study design solutions. Your ability to build trusted client relationships while providing strategic scientific guidance will be instrumental in advancing innovative research and driving long-term partnerships, revenue opportunities and improve patient outcomes. ## **What You'll Do:** - Serve as a trusted scientific advisor to biopharmaceutical sponsors, partnering with clinical, medical, product, commercial, and evidence-generation teams to design and drive the creation of integrated solutions for Phase IV, observational, and post-approval research programs that address sponsor’s clinical objectives. - Collaborate with sponsors to translate research questions into scientifically rigorous study designs, including protocol development, endpoint selection, patient population strategy, data source recommendations, and evidence-generation methodologies. - Lead scientific discussions throughout the business development lifecycle by participating in client meetings, discovery sessions, capability presentations, proposal development, and strategic solutioning–inclusive of the application of Paradigm Health’s product suite–to differentiate our organization as a trusted partner in driving evidence outcomes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsor stakeholders, serving as a primary scientific point of contact throughout proposal development, study design, and project initiation. - Partner closely with Business Development, Clinical Operations, Clinical Informatics, Data Science, and Product to develop innovative, integrated study solutions that meet sponsor objectives and ensure successful study execution. - Monitor emerging trends in epidemiology, real-world evidence, regulatory guidance, and late-phase clinical research to provide strategic insights that strengthen client partnerships and expand business opportunities. - Represent the organization as a scientific thought leader through client presentations, conference participation, publications, and industry engagement. ## **Who You Are:** - Advanced degree (PhD, DrPH, MPH, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Clinical Research, or a related scientific discipline. - 10+ years of experience designing, leading, or consulting on Phase IV, observational, non-interventional, or real-world evidence studies within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare industry. - Deep expertise in epidemiologic methods, study design, real-world data (RWD), and evidence generation, with a strong understanding of regulatory and commercial applications. - Demonstrated experience partnering directly with biopharmaceutical sponsors to develop scientific strategies and design studies that address clinical, regulatory, market access, or commercial evidence needs. - Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences and build trusted relationships with senior clinical, medical, and commercial stakeholders. - Experience supporting business development activities, including scientific strategy, client presentations, proposal development, and solution design. - Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical development lifecycle, post-approval research, and the evolving real-world evidence landscape. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic partnerships. - Established credibility within the clinical research, epidemiology, or real-world evidence community through publications, presentations, professional affiliations, or industry leadership is preferred. ## **What You'll Receive:** Paradigm Health offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support your well-being and success, including: - Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance - Mental health support for you and your family - Equity package - Unlimited paid time off (PTO) - 16 weeks of paid parental leave - Flexible work options – remote and hybrid arrangements - Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage - 401(k) plan with company match At Paradigm Health, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals.
