Position Details 1. Planning, Implementation, and Administration of Executive HR Policies - Design and manage performance evaluation and compensation frameworks for Board Directors and Executive Officers, including global executives. - Draft, revise, and execute internal policies and regulations pertaining to Executive Officers. 2. Executive Appointment, Dismissal, and Support - Manage operational procedures for the appointment of new executives and the execution of their service agreements. - Plan and facilitate training and development programs for executives. 3. Corporate Governance Compliance - Prepare proposals for the General Shareholders Meeting, draft disclosure documents (such as the Notice of Convocation), and provide operational support for the meeting. - Provide administrative and operational support for the Compensation Committee. *Initially, you will focus primarily on the executive HR domain. In the future, there will be opportunities to expand your scope to broader HR projects, including the planning and implementation of HR policies for the entire organization. Work Environment Team Overview You will join the HR Planning Department, a diverse team of approximately 60 members in their 20s to 40s, representing a wide variety of professional backgrounds. The department consists of several specialized groups, allowing for a collaborative approach to complex HR challenges: HR Planning Group, Stock Option Group, Business Process Management Group, Executive HR Group (this position), HRIS Planning and Design Section. The role involves frequent interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Mandatory Qualifications: - Approximately 3 years of experience in HR planning or HR operations at an operating company, OR experience in project management/execution at a consulting firm. - Proven experience communicating in a professional English environment (e.g., using English for daily business correspondence, report writing, or experience studying abroad).
