Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles, preferably in the logistics industry. Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies. Experience in designing and delivering training programs specifically for logistics professionals. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute training initiatives effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive learning initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
