We have built full professional lives that we care deeply about, and with that comes a fast pace, frequent travel, unconventional schedules, and a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. Home, however, is where we want that pace to change. We want our home to feel peaceful, welcoming, beautifully cared for, and ready to enjoy; a place where we can walk through the door and genuinely exhale. We love good food, traveling, spending time with the people we care about, and entertaining when life allows. We would love to do more of those things, and having the right person supporting us will be an important part of making that possible. We are warm, appreciative people, but we also have high standards for ourselves and for the people we trust to work alongside us. We value excellence without ego, honesty, loyalty, personal responsibility, and people who take genuine pride in following through. When something goes wrong, we believe in owning it, learning from it, and finding the solution. When something goes right, we believe in enjoying it and appreciating the people who helped make it happen. Because our careers require so much of our attention, the personal side of life can too easily become the thing that gets pushed to tomorrow. We are ready for that to change. We are looking for someone exceptional who can bring consistency, organization, and thoughtful care to our home and personal lives. Someone who will come to know how we operate, understand what matters to us, and eventually anticipate needs before we even have to ask. More than anything, we hope to find someone who wants to become a trusted part of our world for the long term. This is an important position in our lives, and for the right person, there is meaningful opportunity to grow alongside us. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is not simply completing a list of household tasks. It is creating a life behind the scenes that feels organized, intentional, and remarkably well cared for. Within your first several months, you understand the rhythm of our household and are beginning to stay a few steps ahead. Systems are organized. Vendors are responsive. Appointments are handled. Travel feels easier. Our home is consistently prepared and welcoming. Important details no longer live solely in our heads, and fewer things need to be explained twice. When something breaks, the first conversation isn't simply, "We have a problem." Instead, you've already researched what happened, identified the best options, and can say, "Here's what I recommend." Before a trip, you've thought through the packing, transportation, household, pets, and return home. Before guests arrive, the details have already been handled. During an especially demanding week, you know what can wait, what cannot, and where taking something completely off the principals' plates will make the greatest difference. Over time, you become someone we trust implicitly. Someone who understands our preferences, protects our privacy, represents them thoughtfully, and exercises excellent judgment without needing constant direction. The ultimate goal is simple: when we walk through the door, we can exhale. For someone who thrives in this kind of environment, success can extend well beyond managing a household. There is genuine opportunity to grow into a broader right-hand role over time, with increasing ownership across the our personal lives and professional progression. Who You Are / What We're Looking For You are someone who sees what needs to happen and takes ownership of it. You hold yourself to an exceptionally high standard, but you aren't afraid to make a mistake. You own it, learn from it, correct it, and move forward. You are resourceful enough to figure things out independently and discerning enough to know when something truly requires the principals' attention. Trust and discretion are fundamental to this role. You understand the privilege that comes with working inside someone's home and personal life. You are protective of private information, thoughtful about boundaries, and naturally careful with what you see, hear, and share. You also have a genuine heart for service. There is satisfaction for you in creating order, removing friction, and making someone's life easier. No task is beneath you, but you're equally capable of stepping back, seeing the larger picture, and improving the system behind it. Above all, you bring a steady, capable presence. You can operate around ambitious, fast-moving people without becoming overwhelmed by changing priorities. You care about excellence, take pride in following through, and are willing to do what it takes to get something across the finish line.
