We are looking for an experienced **Senior Recruiter** based in Europe to support **white-collar hiring for the U.S. market**. This role requires full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and close collaboration with US-based hiring managers. The ideal candidate is **self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently**, with excellent communication skills and strong experience recruiting professional roles in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working with U.S. stakeholders and candidates is highly valued. **Working schedule:** 15:00-23:00- Monday - Friday
