Part-time Exotics Veterinary Nurse North Shore Veterinary Specialist Hospital – Artarmon, NSW North Shore Veterinary Specialist Hospital is seeking an Exotics Veterinary Nurse to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Working within our busy referral hospital, you’ll be part of a collaborative, highly skilled team that provides exceptional care to a wide range of unusual and much-loved species—including small mammals, reptiles and birds. What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse exotics caseload Assist with procedures, anaesthesia, imaging, and patient monitoring Support specialists, and vets across the Exotics service Deliver compassionate, informed client communication Maintain a clean, organised, and safe clinical environment Contribute to the smooth daily workflow of the department About You: Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) Previous hands-on experience in exotics nursing essential Confident with handling, husbandry and nursing care for small mammals, reptiles and birds. Strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management Kind, calm, and committed to patient care Why Join Us?
