The Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the right materials, subcontractors, and project information are delivered at the right time to keep projects moving efficiently. This role serves as a key coordinator between internal teams, subcontractors, and the field by managing project documentation, resolving building discrepancies, coordinating site revisions, and maintaining accurate project records. Education & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience, including field experience
- High School Diploma required; construction-related education preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction materials, methods, and products
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
