As an Experienced MSAT Engineer, you will be at the forefront of technical operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and solve complex scientific and engineering challenges. What you will do Serve as the primary process owner for commercial products, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing operations. Lead technology transfer activities and support commercial manufacturing campaigns for pharmaceutical products. Partner with customers, project teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to solve technical challenges and improve process performance. Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements that enhance yield, efficiency, quality, and cost performance. Lead investigations, root cause analyses, risk assessments, and corrective action activities using data-driven methodologies. Support regulatory inspections, process validation, commissioning, qualification, and ongoing process verification activities. Mentor colleagues, support operator training, and contribute to technical expertise development across the site. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related regulated industry. Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and manufacturing processes. Experience using scientific and engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and consistent on-site attendance.
