You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, guiding clients from instruction through to completion with confidence and care. Your day-to-day will include: - Keeping transactions moving smoothly and efficiently. - Building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and regular updates. - Working closely with estate agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors to achieve the best outcomes. - Proactively manage your pipeline and resolve issues before they become problems. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lender instructions and internal procedures. - Contribute to team performance, service excellence and quality standards. - Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Embrace new technology and help drive continuous improvement.
