If you’re not already: - Closing jobs in the home - Confident selling repairs and upgrades face-to-face - Able to perform the work yourself at a high level 👉🏻 This is not the role for you. 💰Up top $5K Sign on Bonus for candidates ***currently employed*** as garage door technician by a reputable company **AND** a minimum of 1 year of garage door sales & service REQUIRED - 1+ years’ Experience: $2,500 sign on bonus - 3+ years’ Experience: $5,000 sign on bonus 👉🏻**This location operates with expanded service hours to support increased capacity and customer demand. Team members may be scheduled for shifts from 6AM to 4PM, 8:30AM-6:30PM or 11AM to 9PM, with assignments based on performance and seniority.
