We are looking for an experienced and motivated "**F&B Supervisor (Banquet)"** to join our team. ### Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a reputable hotel. - A degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Excellent personal grooming and professional appearance. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ### Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily banquet operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. - Motivate team members and promote a positive, collaborative team environment. - Coordinate and support new team members during their trial and onboarding periods. - Attend scheduled training sessions and ensure team participation. - Encourage team members to maximise sales opportunities and revenue. - Prepare weekly staff schedules and coordinate monthly training sessions. - Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
