Op zoek naar een toffe functie die bruist van hospitality? Courtyard Amsterdam Airport is op zoek naar een F&B Supervisor die het leuk vindt om haar gasten weer in de watten te kunnen leggen.
Als F&B Supervisor bij Courtyard Amsterdam Airport stuur je het team in het restaurant aan, draag je zorg voor de personeelsplanning en het verdelen en coördineren van werkzaamheden. Daarnaast treed je op als gastheer/vrouw. Je rapporteert aan de F&B Manager.

Wat ga je doen?
Je stuurt het team aan en werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer;
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de shift en een optimale gastervaring;
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de drankvoorraad en het beheer van de bar;
Je zorgt voor een goede taakverdeling op basis van bezetting en reserveringen;
Je bent een voorbeeld voor het team;
Je draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit in het restaurant, team, eten, drinken en de service. Alles wat je doet is gericht op een sterke gastervaring.
Wie zoeken wij?
Iemand die energie krijgt van werken in de horeca. Je bent een enthousiaste en gastvrije collega en houdt van aanpakken. Je werkt graag in een ambitieus team en blijft ook tijdens drukke momenten vriendelijk en positief.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
Ervaring als supervisor is een pré;
Je hebt ervaring als bedieningsmedewerker;
Je bent fulltime beschikbaar (38 uur) en werkt voornamelijk de ochtend/middag diensten;
Je vormt de schakel tussen het team en de F&B Manager.

Reiskostenvergoeding conform staffel, à 23 cent per kilometer vanaf 7.5 km enkele reis met een maximum van € 205.83 per maand.

As an F&B Supervisor at Courtyard Amsterdam Airport, you’ll lead the restaurant team, handle staff scheduling, and assign and coordinate tasks. You are also responsible for You’ll also serve as a host or hostess. You’ll report to the F&B Manager.

What to expect?
You lead the team and actively participate on the floor;
You are responsible for the shift and ensuring an optimal guest experience;
You are responsible for beverage inventory & bar management;
You ensure a good division of tasks based on occupancy and reservations;
You set an example for the team;
You actively contribute to the quality of the restaurant, the team, food, drinks and the service. Everything you do is focused on delivering a strong guest experience.

Someone who gets a boost of energy from working in the hospitality industry. You’re an enthusiastic and hospitable colleague who loves to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You enjoy working in an ambitious team and remain friendly and positive even during busy times.
What we expect from you
Experience as a supervisor is a plus;
You have experience as a waiter;
You are available full-time (38 hours) and will primarily work morning and afternoon shifts;
You serve as the link between the team and the F&B Manager.
What’s in it for you?
Salary in accordance with Job Group 5 of the Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement. Commensurate with your skills and experience.

1 overnight stay per year at the Courtyard Amsterdam Airport or Element Amsterdam Hotel;
1 lunch or dinner per quarter with colleagues, friends, or family.
Travel allowance based on a sliding scale, at 23 cents per kilometer for one-way trips of 7.5 km or more, with a maximum of €205.83 per month.
Bike lease plan through Lease a Bike, with the option to lease a bike immediately after the trial period!
