This role works closely with Facilities leadership and site teams; performing routine maintenance, supporting repairs, and assisting with facility needs across multiple locations. Regular travel between sites and occasional after-hours support are required to maintain continuity of operations. ## **What You’ll Do** ### Facility Maintenance & Repairs - Perform routine maintenance and complete assigned work orders - Conduct minor repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures, and equipment - Assist with patching, painting, and general surface repairs - Install shelving, cabinets, furnishings, and fixtures using appropriate tools - Maintain lighting systems and ensure proper functionality ### Preventive Maintenance & Operations Support - Follow preventive maintenance schedules and applicable building codes - Assist Facilities Maintenance Technicians with ongoing and pending work orders - Assemble, repair, and maintain facility furnishings and equipment - Maintain cleanliness of facility grounds and remove debris as needed ### Vendor Coordination & Site Support - Travel between sites to support facility needs across locations - Coordinate with vendors and contractors on-site as needed - Collaborate with clinic staff and leadership to address facility concerns - Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism ### Compliance & Safety - Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and organizational policies - Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors - Protect confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols at all times - Provide after-hours support for urgent facility issues as needed ## **What You Bring** ### Required - Strong mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills - Knowledge of general maintenance practices and building systems - Ability to safely use hand and power tools - Strong organizational and documentation skills - Ability to travel regularly between locations - Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance ### Preferred - Prior experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related field - Experience working in healthcare or multi-site environments - Familiarity with work order systems and preventive maintenance programs ## **Join Us** If you are a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient environments and wants your work to support meaningful outcomes, we encourage you to apply and be part of a team making a difference every day. ### Why You’ll Love Working Here - **Purpose-driven work** that directly impacts access to care across our communities - **Robust benefits package** (medical, dental, vision) designed to support you and your family - **Generous PTO** because we believe caring for others starts with caring for yourself - **401(k) with employer contribution** to help you plan for what’s ahead - **Life and disability coverage** for peace of mind Here, you are not just filling a role—you are helping shape healthier communities and advancing equitable care every day!
