Your Day-to-Day Support the Facilities team in monitoring the condition and operational readiness of our office and center locations. Assist in tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including maintenance requests and completion status. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure facility-related needs are followed up and resolved. Maintain and update asset inventory records for furniture, equipment, and other facility assets across locations. Support facility setup, relocation, renovation, and other projects to ensure locations are ready for operations. Prepare facility reports, tracking sheets, and documentation to support effective facility management and operational decision-making. Who We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Have a strong interest in facility management, building operations, maintenance, and project coordination. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with formulas and data tracking is a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Willing to conduct site visits and support facility operations across multiple locations when required.
