Job description
The Family and Sports Program Director support the YMCA’s mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Reporting to the Associate Executive Director or Senior Program Director, this role oversees youth and adult sports, teen & enrichment programs. The Director leads programs that foster family connections, promote health, and create safe, enriching experiences aligned with the Y’s core values and community needs.
