This position includes **2½ days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care**. Geriatric fellowship training is desired but not required. The clinic is a **Patient-Centered Medical Home** and an **NHSC-approved site**. **New graduates are encouraged to apply.** Student loan repayment and residency stipends are available.
