Design and implement AI voice agent capabilities, including conversational logic and backend integrations. Drive integration across Cisco, GECX, and AI components to enable seamless voice interactions. Build and maintain Node.js APIs and real-time workflows. Implement dialog flows with session/state management and observability. Collaborate with architects and teams on implementation design.
