Field Enablement Specialist (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)

Job description

**About EliseAI** At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be. By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone. - **Housing**: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place. - **Healthcare**: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork. With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a [$350 million](https://eliseai.com/blog/intelligence-is-getting-cheaper-life-should-too) funding round at a $4 billion valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate this mission. **About the Role** EliseAI is looking for a Field Enablement Specialist to own the in-person adoption experience for our customers as they roll out AI across their properties. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations and the customer education team, acting as both trainer and trusted consultant: diagnosing how a customer's business actually works, then building and delivering the live programs that turn new users into product experts. This isn't a script-and-deliver role. You'll co-build the AI-powered training tools and customer-specific learning modules you use in the field, and you'll be the feedback loop between what customers need and what our training, customer success, and product teams build next. You’ll be embedded at the forefront of AI, redesigning workflows with the latest advances in agentic AI. **What you’ll own** - Adoption in the field: Design and deliver tailored, interactive live training sessions and workshops that give new and existing customers a deep, working understanding of our products. - Consult, don’t just train: Get close to each customer's workflows and onsite operations, and customize every workshop to their specific needs rather than running a one-size-fits-all deck - Co-building the toolkit: Partner with the customer education team to develop AI-powered training tools and customer-specific modules that make every future session sharper - Closing the feedback loop: Drive our product forward by bringing back actionable feedback from the field - Iterating in real time: Proactively seek feedback throughout each training, spotting gaps and adjusting your approach on the spot - Work cross-functionally: collaborate with teams across the company to make sure customer training evolves in line with our product, our business, and our customers - Stay ahead of the field: track industry trends and best practices in training and onboarding, and bring new approaches back to the team - Represent EliseAI: help attract top-tier talent to join the team - Travel: up to 75% of the time. This is a field role; the best work happens onsite with the customer **Who fits** You come from training, customer experience, consulting, or property operations background, and want to drive adoption and innovation forward across our most critical industries. - The natural teacher: you can make a technical product click for a skeptical property manager quickly, and turn them into a champion - The consultant instinct: you diagnose how a team actually works before you open the deck, and you customize on the fly when the room needs something different - The builder: you want to shape the training tools and modules you use, not just run someone else's script - The road warrior: packed travel calendars energize you, not drain you **Requirements** - Ability to conduct sessions in both English and Spanish fluently - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consultant role. Experience in the multifamily industry as a trainer, coach, or onsite team member is a plus - Experience translating customer education resources into live, interactive training for diverse audiences - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to conduct in-person training sessions with clients - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly - Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate expertise in our products - Proven ability to build rapport with customers and establish trusted advisor relationships. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines **Job Compensation Range** The salary range for this role is $70,000-110,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
