Position Summary The Field Human Resources Business Partner serves as a key partner to plant leadership, translating business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen workforce performance, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement. Supporting a three-shift manufacturing operation, this role leads day-to-day employee and labor relations, coaches leaders, and proactively addresses workforce challenges. Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP partners with HR centers of excellence to deliver consistent, effective people practices that support operational goals and a positive employee experience.
