Field Investigator - Surabaya

Job description

### Responsibilities - Investigate fraud cases escalated to the Anti-Fraud team (ABADI & Tunaiku) or cases categorized as fraud signals, as assigned by the Anti-Fraud Investigator Supervisor/Team Leader. - Maintain productivity and quality targets for field investigations while gathering and reporting valuable findings during site visits. - Prepare clear investigation reports and maintain the Fraud Case Tracker as part of daily activities. - Collect, validate, and maintain supporting evidence throughout the investigation process while ensuring data confidentiality. - Review suspicious transactions based on fraud alerts and perform customer confirmation when required. - Conduct field visits and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed. - Ensure all investigation documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company policies. ### Requirement - Minimum Diploma degree in any discipline. - Minimum 2 years of experience in anti-fraud, investigation, or internal audit within the financial services industry. - Good understanding of digital products and application processes in Financial Services Institutions. - Strong analytical, technical, and computer skills. - High integrity, strong ethical standards, and a willingness to learn.
