Drive Results.** Aspen Contracting is seeking a driven and experienced Field Manager to lead and develop a high-performance field team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active involvement in the field. This position is not entry-level. Candidates must have prior experience in door-to-door (D2D), canvassing, outside sales, or field team leadership and understand the expectations of working in a field-based role. The Field Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining structure, and holding team members accountable while leading from the front. This team operates with a high level of professionalism, discipline, and clear communication. Expectations are high, and consistency is key. ## 📍 Office Location **Office 114 – Lexington Market** **Report To Office:** 3055 Lexington Road, Unit B Nicholasville, KY 40356 Hiring throughout the Greater Lexington area and surrounding Kentucky communities. **Important:** This position services the Lexington market.
