Field Marketing Manager - Chicago, IL

Job description

## **About 7AI** 7AI is the foundational AI security company. Founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit, we came out of stealth in February 2025 to take on the non-human work of the SOC. Our platform pairs a federated SIEM with AI agents that detect, investigate, respond, and hunt, plus dedicated threat hunting and threat intelligence, with humans on the loop. Backed by $166 million in total funding from investors including Index Ventures and Blackstone, we're building the AI foundation for security operations in the agentic era, and we're still early. That's the appeal: you'll join at a pivotal stage where your work shapes what 7AI becomes, alongside security veterans who've built this before. Our culture runs on respect, collaboration, and a shared bar for excellence, all pointed at one goal, delivering real outcomes for the customers who trust us to defend them. ## **Overview** Most of the market doesn't yet know that AI can reliably take on core SOC work, and that kind of awareness doesn't spread on its own. It takes programs built to put the right people in the room. As Field Marketing Manager, you'll execute and scale regional demand generation programs that grow pipeline and revenue. You'll turn strategy into on-the-ground programs: executive events, field activations, partner campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with sales, growth, and product marketing to build experiences that engage prospects and move deals forward across key regional accounts. ## **What You'll Do** - Execute regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals - Plan and deliver high-impact events, including executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars - Partner closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and support deal acceleration efforts - Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects - Launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels - Experiment with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve campaign performance - Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI - Support co-marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities ## **What We're Looking For** - 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing in the cybersecurity field - Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs - Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus - Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) - Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows ###
