Job description

Foundation and Shoring Solutions is a small, specialized geotechnical construction company focused on **delegated design, design-build, and value-engineering projects**. We design and install deep foundation and excavation support systems for demanding projects throughout the region. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to build a **long-term career in specialty construction**, not simply a short-term job. No prior experience is required. We will train the right person from the ground up and provide opportunities to learn a wide range of construction skills and equipment operation. Our goal is to develop highly capable, interchangeable team members who understand every part of our operation and can contribute wherever they are needed.
