As a Field Sales Account Manager at Real Result B.V., you are the face of our organization in the field. You are responsible for generating new business and building sustainable customer relationships. Your goal is to strengthen Real Result B.V.'s market position and achieve our commercial objectives by selling high-quality, results-driven solutions to our target audience.

Our company is based out of Vianen, Utrecht (NL). We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

We help our clients maximize their procurement, whether it's through volume discounts, purchasing optimization, real-time cost price insights, or the realization of commercial kitchens and bars. We are looking for talent that helps our clients achieve their ambitions. Since 2025, Real Result has been part of Buyers Edge Platform, a digital procurement network/software platform for the foodservice industry that connects operators, distributors, and manufacturers. The platform offers group purchasing services, SaaS-based technology solutions, and supply chain consulting and procurement-related services to foodservice parties with the aim of reducing costs and improving supply chain decisions through data-driven technology. As a Buyer at Real Result, you are the linchpin in strategic purchasing processes. You work closely with various leading players in the sector, from hospitality to catering and from Leisure to on-the-move. Our client base is diverse and impressive. Think of names like Ron Blaauw, Perfect Serve, Albron, Beerze Bulten, Vue Cinemas, Koninklijk Theater Carré, and many others.

Your impact:

New business generation: actively acquire new customers and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Relationship management: maintain and deepen contact with existing customers to leverage cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Consultative sales: conduct advisory conversations and translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
Quotations & negotiations: prepare competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
Market analysis: identify market trends, analyze competitors and propose portfolio improvements.
Administration: record customer data, meetings and sales opportunities accurately and on time in the CRM system.
Revenue growth: achieve individual sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue targets.
Customer satisfaction: deliver high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
Pipeline management: maintain a steady flow of qualified leads and a predictable forecast.

About you:

Education: at least a completed bachelor's degree (e.g. Commercial Economics, Business Administration).
Experience: at least 3 to 5 years of demonstrable work experience in a field sales role (B2B).
Skills: excellent negotiation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (and preferably English).
Driving licence: holder of a category B driving licence.
