In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with your commercial mindset to support customers across Poland while contributing to a more sustainable future. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships Developing and maintaining sales plans and forecasts Visiting customers across Poland to understand their needs and provide technical guidance Recommending the most suitable Alfa Laval solutions and preparing tailored commercial proposals Supporting marketing activities by participating in trade fairs and industry events, as well as delivering customer presentations and technical training Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system Negotiating commercial offers and following up on quotations to successfully close business opportunities Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Engineering, and Service to deliver the best possible customer experience Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to grow the business Who we're looking for: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy Engineering, or another relevant technical field At least two years of experience in technical sales, business development, or another customer-facing technical role A proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven approach to work Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel across Poland (approximately 3–4 days per week) A valid Category B driving license Fluency in English Knowledge of Ukrainian would be an advantage but is not required What we offer: A comprehensive onboarding program and technical training tailored to the role An independent position with the freedom to manage your own territory and customer portfolio The opportunity to work with innovative technologies that support the green energy transition A collaborative and international working environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are part of everyday life.
