Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, we specialise in delivering cutting-edge equipment and solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. **Position overview** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Validation and Field Service Specialist to join our team in the Servicing department. Reporting to the Technical Operations manager, the candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients and maintenance of laboratory equipment with focus on Shimadzu LC portfolio. **Key responsibilities:** - Perform installations, preventive maintenance and qualifications. - Identify problems, troubleshoot and resolve in a timely manner. - Work independently and as part of a team. - Write detailed records of service activities. - Travelling abroad for manufacturer trainings as required. **Requirements and skills** - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field. - Technical background in laboratory and/or quality-related activities within the pharma industry. - Intermediate level of English in language proficiency. - Effective communication with clients and colleagues. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - EU Category B driving license. **Benefits** - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Company vehicle with private use - Mobile phone plan - Private health insurance - Additional benefits and performance-related incentives - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
