Daniels Health is looking for a **Full time Field Service Representative**to join our team and help support hospitals across Illinois with critical medical waste services. This is **not a desk job**—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day. **MUST be able to work in:** **Corewell Health Troy Hospital.** 44201 Dequindre Rd., Troy, MI 48085. **Full time hours working 40 hours a week** Mon - Fri from 7am - 3pm Potential wiggle room on exact days and times to be worked out with hiring manager. Post job utilizing days/hours referenced here. Sharps, Chemo, Haz, possibly controlled substance. ### What will your job involve? - Working directly with **hospital staff** to ensure safe and timely **medical waste container exchanges** and proper segregation. - **Inspecting and servicing** Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients. - **Lifting containers** (up to 50 lbs) and **pushing/pulling carts** (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day. - **Maintaining inventory** of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized. - Using a **company-provided smartphone** to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team. - Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service. - Representing Daniels Health with **professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic**. ### What are we looking for? - Someone who’s **physically fit**, comfortable with **heavy lifting**, and enjoys **active, on-the-go work**. - A **team player** who can also work independently without direct supervision. - Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to **paperwork and procedures**. - Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel throughout Illinois. - A **can-do attitude** and previous experience in a **labor-intensive or logistics role**. - COVID-19 vaccination required due to hospital access. ### Why work for us? - **Job stability** – We’re an essential service in healthcare, recession-proof and always in demand. - **Consistent hours** – **Proposed schedule of M-F - 7am-3pm**.
