Daniels Health is looking for a **Field Service Technician** to join our team and help support your assigned hospital with critical medical waste services. This is **not a desk job**—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day. ### What will your job involve? - Working directly with **hospital staff** to ensure safe and timely **medical waste container exchanges** and proper segregation. - **Inspecting and servicing** Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients. - **Lifting containers** (up to 50 lbs) and **pushing/pulling carts** (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day. - **Maintaining inventory** of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized. - Using a **company-provided smartphone** to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team. - Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service. - Representing Daniels Health with **professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic**. ### What are we looking for? - Someone who’s **physically fit**, comfortable with **heavy lifting**, and enjoys **active, on-the-go work**. - A **team player** who can also work independently without direct supervision. - Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to **paperwork and procedures**. - **Reliable** personal **transportation.** - A **can-do attitude** and previous experience in a **labor-intensive or logistics role**. ### Why work for us? - **Job stability** – We’re an essential service in healthcare, recession-proof and always in demand. - **Consistent hours** – Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM. - **Overtime opportunities** – We always need extra hands! - **Competitive pay** - This role is offering a rate of $20-22 / hr - **Full benefits** – Health, vacation, and sick leave from day one. - **Growth potential** – We promote from within and invest in our people. - **Mission-driven work** – Help reduce needlestick injuries, improve infection control, and protect the environment.
