Your mission Role Overview You report directly to the Finance Manager and are the second member of the finance team. Key Responsibilities: Recording sales, purchase and bank transactions in the ERP (Entersoft) in line with Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ) Client invoicing and credit control (monitoring collections and outstanding balances) Monthly bank, customer and supplier reconciliations Preparing data for VAT returns, EC sales lists, withholding taxes and other periodic filings, in cooperation with the external accountant Managing supplier payments, filing payment receipts and maintaining the digital archive Supporting month-end and year-end close Client communication and accounting follow-up of all client cases Office management (facilities, supplies, coordination with external vendors) Contributing to the improvement and automation of finance processes Your profile What We're Looking For: Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 2–5 years of experience in a company finance department or accounting firm, working with double-entry books Excellent written and spoken English Good knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards, VAT and myDATA Experience with Entersoft and strong Excel skills Organised, detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines and discreet with confidential information We Value: Strong interpersonal skills Professional and organized approach to work Ability to build trust with clients Results-oriented mindset Team player mentality Nice to have: Class B accountant–tax advisor licence Interest in digital tools and automating accounting workflows Dutch, German or French Why us?
