Zinc is growing fast, and our finance operations need to keep pace. Right now, day-to-day AP/AR, mailbox management and debt chasing sit with our Ops Analysts — brilliant generalists, but not finance specialists, and it's pulling them away from the work they're best at. We're hiring a Finance Assistant 🧾 to take full ownership of this. You'll be the person who keeps invoices moving, mailboxes clear, and debtors chased, turning a process that currently takes days into one that takes hours. It's a hands-on, detail-heavy role to start, working closely with our Senior Finance Manager, with a genuine path into a broader finance career for the right person.
