Finance Associate

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes ### Responsibilities - Prepare month-end closing and group consolidation on a timely basis - Prepare audit schedules and perform financial analysis as required - Liaise with auditors addressing any audit-related matters - Provide support for daily financial functions within the team - Assist in testing and implementation of finance digital transformation solutions - Coordinate with the internal and external parties on accounting-related matter - Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team or management ### Requirements - Bachelor degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent - 1 to 2 years of professional work experience in Finance or Accounting ; Audit experience a plus; Fresh Graduate will be considered too - Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to multi-task - The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese - Proficient in Word and Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table) - Prior experience in digital assets a plus - Prior experience in Oracle Netsuite is a plus - Commercial experience preferred
