**Job Overview:** Serefin is seeking a motivated and analytical **Finance Business Analyst** to join its Finance team. Reporting to the **Senior Finance Manager**, this position is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making across multiple business entities. The successful candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with analytical thinking and business acumen. Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, the Finance Business Analyst will provide meaningful financial insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and support operational and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively. **Location Requirement:** Candidates must be currently residing in Canada.
