Requirements A degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with over 8 years of relevant experience in business controlling or FP&A roles, including recent commercial stakeholder partnerships. Excellent interpersonal, engagement, and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
