You are a natural collaborator who can structure and explain complex things clearly, and who enjoys getting Finance, IT and the wider organization to understand why a strong data foundation matters, and to build the best solutions together. As our first dedicated Data Lead, you'll be the go-to expert from day one, learning as you go, reaching out to stakeholders yourself, and driving the right questions forward while making clear why they matter. We'd love to hear that you have/are: . or . in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Finance) Experience in data modeling, data architecture or BI/Data Warehousing, preferably supporting Finance or FP&A functions Strong knowledge of dimensional data modeling and of building semantic models for analytics and planning Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks Familiarity with Power BI and, ideally, planning platforms such as Anaplan Experience building and transforming data in a modern warehouse environment.
