**Location:** In-Person (New York, NY) **Compensation:** $17.00 – $20.00 / hour **Commitment:** 20-30 hours/week --- ## **About Eulerity** At Eulerity, we are building the future of AI-driven marketing automation. Our platform helps franchises and multi-location businesses manage digital advertising at scale using machine learning, automation, and data. Behind that technology is a Finance team building the financial infrastructure to support a growing company. We are looking for a **highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Finance Intern** to join our New York office and work directly with our Controller. This is a hands-on role. You will work with **real financial data, transactions, reconciliations, client media spend, reporting, and month-end close activities** not just administrative tasks or theoretical exercises. You will also gain exposure to how **AI and automation can improve finance processes, reduce manual work, and analyze large datasets.** ## **What You Will Do** - **Accounting & Operations:** Support AP/AR, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting while maintaining accurate financial data. - **Media Spend Tracking:** Reconcile high-volume media spend and learn how gross vs. net revenue works in an AdTech business. - **Financial Reporting:** Support month-end close and preparation of financial reports. - **Financial Modeling:** Gain exposure to forecasting and financial modeling. ## **What We're Looking For** - Currently pursuing an **Undergraduate/ Graduate degree** in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. - **December 2027 graduation is ideal; May 2027 or later** will also be considered. - Coursework or experience in **accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or data analytics**. - Strong proficiency in **Google Sheets or Excel** and comfort working with large datasets. - Exposure to **QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting systems** is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. - **Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other data tools**. - Interest in **AI, AdTech, SaaS, automation, or financial technology** is a plus. - Ability to work **on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office 4+ days per week**. ## **Who You Are** - **Detail-Oriented:** You care about accuracy and catch discrepancies. - **Analytical:** You ask why something is wrong and work toward a solution. - **Organized:** You can manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. - **Proactive:** You take initiative, ask questions, and follow through. - **Technically Curious:** You're comfortable with Excel and eager to learn accounting systems, AI, automation, and data analysis. - **Accountable:** You take ownership of your work and make sure it is accurate and complete. - **Hands-On:** You're willing to learn through detailed, day-to-day finance and accounting work.
