We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Lead to oversee and manage the financial operations of our entities in Egypt and Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, treasury, and team leadership, with proven experience in the logistics or supply chain industry and a deep understanding of Saudi and Egyptian accounting regulations.This role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of managing multi-country accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and IFRS standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Egypt and KSA. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely closings. Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and Saudi regulations including ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax, and Zakat. Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners. Lead and support the accounting team across both countries. Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and ERP utilization. Support management with financial insights, KPI reporting, and strategic planning. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies is highly preferred.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.Strong understanding of: Egyptian accounting and tax regulations. Saudi financial regulations and ZATCA requirements.
