Finance Operations & Compliance 월별, 분기별 및 연간 결산 총괄 급여(Payroll) 운영 및 마감 자금(Cash Flow) 관리 세무 신고(VAT, 원천세, 법인세 등) 및 세무 이슈 대응 Transfer Pricing 관련 업무 지원 내부통제 운영 및 Compliance 관리 Internal / External Audit 대응 재무 정책 및 회계 기준의 적정성 유지 Financial Planning & Business Partnership 경영진 대상 재무 분석 및 보고 손익(P&L), 수익성 및 주요 재무지표 분석 Budget, Forecast 및 사업계획 수립 지원 Business Team과 긴밀한 파트너십 구축 APAC 및 Global Finance와의 협업 및 정기 보고 재무적 관점에서 의사결정 지원 및 비즈니스 인사이트 제공 Finance Transformation & Process Improvement Workday 등 Finance Transformation 프로젝트 리드 업무 프로세스 개선 및 표준화 재무 운영 효율성 향상 신규 프로세스 및 정책 수립 Risk Management 재무 및 운영 리스크를 사전에 식별하고 예방 중심의 관리 수행 잠재적인 이슈에 대한 대응 방안 수립 문제 발생 시 원인 분석 및 개선안 제시 내부통제 강화를 통한 안정적인 재무 운영 지원 Team Leadership 팀원들에게 명확한 방향성과 업무 가이드 제공 업무 우선순위 설정 및 실행 지원 팀원의 성장과 역량 개발(Coaching & Mentoring) 협업 문화를 조성하고 조직 성과 향상에 기여 Qualifications Required 회계 또는 재무 관련 학사 이상 10년 이상의 Finance / Accounting 경력 외국계 기업 Finance 경험 결산, 세무, 내부통제 및 Audit 경험 Business Partner 역할 수행 경험 Business Level 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량 뛰어난 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력 다양한 이해관계자와 효과적으로 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량 Preferred CPA 또는 이에 준하는 전문 자격 Professional Services 또는 Agency 업계 경험 ERP 또는 Workday 구축·운영 프로젝트 경험 Finance Transformation 및 Process Improvement 경험 AI 기반 업무 혁신 또는 Digital Finance 경험 We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
