Finance Manager

Job description

We are seeking a **high-performing Finance professional** with a strong accounting foundation and a passion for **AI, automation and finance transformation**. This is a broad role spanning **financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, M&A and Finance transformation** within a fast-paced FinTech / digital asset environment. ### Responsibilities - Manage **financial and management reporting**, cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations. - Support **FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering**, providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation. - Drive **Finance transformation and automation**, leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability. - Identify opportunities to **simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models**. - Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. - Ensure compliance with **accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance**, and liaise with auditors and external advisors. ### Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with **7+ years' relevant experience**. - Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills. - Experience in **FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation** is highly valued. - Strong interest and practical experience in **AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems**. - Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus. - Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills. - **Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo** in a fast-paced environment.
