Respond to emerging leadership questions and improve forecasting accuracy during seasonal peaks and periods of fluctuating redemption demand. - **Strategic Influence & Execution:** Proactively identify high-impact opportunities, translate financial insights into clear recommendations, and drive initiatives from concept through execution. Ensure teams have the models, reporting, and customer-level plans needed to achieve financial and operational objectives. ### Requirements: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. - **Professional Experience:** At least five years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic analytics, or a comparable role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. - **Financial Expertise:** Strong understanding of P&L management, margin analysis, revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance measurement. - **Advanced Analytical Skills:** Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting methodologies, and complex data interpretation. - **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced Excel skills, including macros, arrays, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional logic.
