Job Title: Finance Specialist Schedule: Monday to Friday Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM HKT Work Setup: 2 to 4 weeks of onsite onboarding, followed by a transition to work-from-home | Day Shift (HK Timezone) Salary Range: Max of 50,000 Php About the Client: A hospitality group and restaurant collective known for creating distinctive, narrative‑driven dining experiences that celebrate different cultures, cuisines, times, and places. About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Xero, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily revenue and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of management accounts , including financial statements and reports. Support payment processing activities , ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course. At least 3+ years of experience in Accounting. Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes . Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software is a must. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables). Ability to work independently , manage time effectively, and meet deadlines .
