Experience with Power Query, Alteryx or similar data tools would be highly advantageous. - Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, controls and producing high-quality financial information. - A proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and take ownership of problems through to resolution. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and the wider business. - Experience within a fast-paced, multinational or listed environment, or exposure to post-acquisition change, would be advantageous but is not essential. **The Interview Process:** 1.
