# Financial Controller > iSchool · Nasr City, Egypt · Full-time · Posted 2026-08-26 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Finance ## Description **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily accounting and financial operations. - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. - Prepare and review financial statements and management reports. - Ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions. - Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow. - Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls. - Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with external auditors and other financial stakeholders. - Analyze financial performance and highlight risks and opportunities. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. - Lead and develop the finance/accounting team. ## Requirements **Job Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - **7+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience**, preferably with experience in a controlling role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Excellent knowledge of **ERP/accounting systems and Excel**. - Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes. - Experience with audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - **CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.** - Experience in the **EdTech, technology, or high-growth environment** is a plus. ## Apply [Apply at iSchool](https://apply.workable.com/ischool/j/C88F429FD7/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
