This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose—improving lives through your life’s work **About the Role:** We’re seeking a proactive intern to support our EMEA Headquarter FP&A Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This operational role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization. **Your Responsabilities will Be:** - Support on monthly/quarterly reporting activities with data report creation to support decisions - Support in Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning - Prepare templates and collect data to upload business data linked to budget forecasting and analysis of variances vs Plan/Forecast - Work with AI and agents to prepare data - Support Market Modelling exercise and consolidation - Develop ad-hoc requests as per business needs **What Are We Looking For In You:** - Graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economical Engineering - Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (level B2 or higher) - Strong Excel knowledge & Microsoft Office - Experience working with AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot) - Analytical and good knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts - Collaborative and motivated, with strong communication skills - Proactivity and problem-solving approach - Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment - Good presentation skills - Result oriented **What We Can Offer To You:** - A paid internship experience (6 months of duration, renewable for 6 further months); - Working in an international environment; - Possibility to make an impact; - Fast-growing and innovative environment; - A team-oriented company culture. **Location:****in our Milan offices, on a hybrid work mode schedule** **Start date:****October****2026** **We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
