The division integrates financial accounting, regulatory reporting, taxation, internal control over financial reporting, actuarial valuation processes, and financial operations and control, ensuring robust financial governance and effective use of data across the finance area. By combining reporting, actuarial, and data capabilities, the division supports regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and generation of financial insight along 5 sdifferent accounting frameworks (JGAAP, IFRS, J-ICS, PIM and Tax). The insights from all different framworks support in achieving NN Life Japan's strategic goals. 【Job Description】 ・Lead financial and regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of financial results. ・Oversee actuarial valuation and customer value calculation processes and ensure proper governance and monitoring. ・Ensure appropriate incorporation of actuarial results into financial statements and regulatory reporting under IFRS, JGAAP, and solvency (J-ICS and PIM) frameworks. ・Strengthen internal control over financial reporting, including controls over actuarial models, assumptions, and data processes. ・Drive process improvement and automation across finance and actuarial functions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work. ・Act as a key counterpart for regulators, auditors, and Group head office on financial and actuarial matters. ・Lead and develop teams across accounting, reporting, actuarial valuation, and finance data functions. 【Education and Training after Joining the Company】 NN Group facilitates both online learning as well as several leadership programs for selected individuals. Online programs include data literacy and also management trainings. Leadership programs are facilitated across various business units to enhance learning experiences 【Selling Points of This Position】 FCR is the largest division within Finance, carrying a a significant importance to product accrurate and correct figures. All analysis and reporting starts from the correct set of numbers (single source of truth). Such insights allow for comparison across frameworks and are the starting point for determining relevant management actions. Furthermore, regulatory reporting brings forth exposure to both Board of Directors as well as other senior positions in NN Life Japan's business and NN Group Finance. 【Perspective of Future Career in this Position】 Future career prospectives from this role are other DM positions, upward positions such as in NN LIfe Japan's management team but also comparable positions in other business units of NN Group as well as in Group Finance (those latter two if ithe candidate is internationally mobile). 【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】 【Experience in Industry】 ・ Life Insurance：Must ・ Financial Industry：Must ＜Want＞ ・Management experience managing largers teams.
