Responsibilities

- Create, and maintain relationships with our guests
- Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue to hit sales goals
- Monitor inventory and replenish sales floor as needed

- Mentor and develop team through clear communication

Requirements
- 3+ years retail apparel experience
- 1-2 years leadership experience
