Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system. **About the Role:** We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Fleet Acquisition Supervisor** to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure smooth, safe, and cost-effective vehicle utilization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. **Job Code:** New 2026 BudgetBOXB-029 ### Job Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day **fleet operations**, ensuring vehicles and couriers are available, safe, and road-ready. - Manage and support a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards. - Plan and monitor delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments to maximize utilization and minimize downtime. - Ensure all vehicles comply with **safety, insurance, and licensing regulations**. - Coordinate with the maintenance team or external workshops for preventive and corrective maintenance. - Monitor driver performance, route efficiency. - Handle incidents, accidents, and emergency breakdowns promptly and professionally. - Maintain accurate fleet documentation and prepare regular reports on performance, expenses, and utilization. - Collaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to support business needs. ### Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration**, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in **fleet supervision or transportation management**, ideally within a logistics or distribution environment. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance, road safety, and logistics operations. - Proficient in **fleet management software** and MS Office tools. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to operational emergencies.
