Let’s see what it takes.What you will do:Deliver outstanding customer support via emails and phone calls;Answer customer questions and walk users through the system;Responding to customer inquiries in accordance with established service level agreements and follow precise procedures;Handle complaints with a calm, friendly approach;Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate internal team when needed;Conduct research when information is missing and proactively look for solutions.What you need to succeed in this role:Excellent Swedish and English skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written);Solid basic technical understanding and personal interest in electronics or PC/IT topics;Excellent problem-solving skills; Fast learner;The ability to communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically with customers;Strong analytical skills;Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).Will be a great plus:Experience with Salesforce or similar tools.Benefits:Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM–1 PM, GMT+2.
