Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa
- Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
- Work as a team to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences
- Preparation of the restaurant for service by setting and arranging tables
- Seating guests, presenting them with menues and beverage lists, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
- Opening bottles, pouring beverages and serving food
- Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
- Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
- Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
- Settling guest accounts and operating point of sales machines and cash registers
- Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaint
Requirements
