The Role

Responsibilities
- Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
- Preparation of the restaurant across all daily shifts
- Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
- Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
- Settling guest accounts
- Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints
Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy hotel or restaurant environment
- Planning and organising skills and an ability to work individually and in a team
- Excellent time management abilities
- Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
- Valid Right to Work in NZ
