Carlton Bar & Steakhouse is growing its Front of House team ahead of the busy summer season, and we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join us! About the Role As a Food & Beverage Attendant , you'll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences. From providing outstanding table service to preparing quality beverages and cocktails, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable visit. You'll work across our bar and dining areas, supporting the wider team to deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods. Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly and professional food and beverage service Provide outstanding table service and create memorable guest experiences Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails Use your food and beverage knowledge to make recommendations to guests Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and dining area Process customer orders and payments accurately Work collaboratively with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure smooth service Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible service practices Support the wider venue team during busy service periods About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous Front of House hospitality experience Has bar and cocktail knowledge Is passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service Has a friendly, positive, and energetic attitude Works well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment Has excellent communication and teamwork skills Is reliable, professional, and well-presented Is flexible and available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and during the busy summer period What We Offer Permanent Part-time employment, Permanent Full-time employment, Casual Employment for WHV holders Supportive and friendly team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Career progression opportunities across Australian Venue Co.
